House holiday rentals in Grospierres

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

What a beautiful home and location. The house is in a cluster of stone homes in this spectacular hill town. Cobblestone paths, beautiful gardens and ancient architecture and history. Pierre was helpful in carting our suitcases through what looks like a Harry Potter village up to our very modern, comfortable house. A unique Provence experience.

Great stay at Aeric and Caroline's! Incredible farmhouse in a typical Ardeche setting. Eric and his son were very nice and we would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We loved it.

A stay on the edge of perfection. Beautiful house, very nice, faithful to its description and allowing relaxation, relaxation and rest. We had a lovely stay with the family... The house is warm, very clean and very beautiful with a distant view of the Chauvet cave and the mountains. This house is a haven of peace and total relaxation. The host is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend it.

This stay was a real joy, from our welcome by Sylvain to our departure, accompanied by Sylvain's mother; sunny people who make you want to come back! The house centralises everything you need for a peaceful stay: swimming pool, deckchairs, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, petanque, super comfortable bedding and conducive to a good sleep, in short, it is wonderfully good. The house, while being a few minutes from Barjac, is isolated from any noise or other nuisances, we just listen to the little birds that rock our naps. In short, we can't wait to come back next year, but for a longer stay: so many pretty villages and activities nearby! You can book with your eyes closed and without hesitation: you will come back a convert. Thanks again to Sylvain, his mum, and our host Michel for this place designed for the well-being of all.

A wonderful accommodation! Everything was quiet and neat, both the cat and the dog contributed to a warm and homely feeling. We felt right at home. The contact was smooth and friendly, which made the stay extra pleasant. Despite a busy week, we really found the peace we needed here. Absolutely worth the money, I would definitely book it again!

We had a wonderful week at Estelle and Luc's accommodation. The weather was mixed during our stay but the accommodation has a lot of infrastructure (swimming pool, petanque court, games, books...) which allowed us to never get bored. Estelle has always been available to answer our questions, she also provided us with a lot of documentation beforehand which allowed us to already have a very precise idea of the accommodation but especially the activities, restaurants and markets nearby... Which was very appreciated (also available within the house)! The view from the terrace is exceptional! And the terrace itself is a small haven of peace as well as the pool area, very well equipped! Everything in the house is done to make you feel at home very quickly! The house's photo album is great. If the opportunity arises, we will return with great pleasure, we are returning with wonderful memories in our heads ❤️

Had a great leave! A very nice house with everything you need! Nathalie ne dominique is always there for their guests. Very nice domain and very well maintained. There is air conditioning on the lower floor and upstairs there are very good fans ready. There are shutters to keep the freshest in the house. Very smooth communication, very nice! pool was very ok, enough sun loungers, extra refrigerator, freezer..... thank you dominique and nathalie for the pleasant stay!

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. The house is modern and very clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more from an Airbnb host - Cathy was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. The decor is great. Clean, beautiful and functional. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend you to put your bags there! The beautiful stone house in Labastide with its lavender-coloured shutters caught our eye at first sight. Thanks to the three seating options in front, you can hike in the evening with the sun and sit outside from aperitif to dessert.... It is tastefully and originally furnished and not overloaded. The kitchen has everything you need and you can cook very well there. This is also thanks to the excellent markets in the area. Thanks to the excellent mattresses, we slept super well and the street in front of the house is not an issue, so few cars circulate there. The area around Labastide is highly attractive and we went swimming every day, explored the surrounding villages and were in the caves. Everything highly recommended. Thank you Lina, for the attentive hospitality. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay in this villa in Ardèche! Perfect for 6 people, it is ideally located, making it easy to explore the region and its beautiful landscapes. The house is very well equipped: a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious and bright common areas. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, ideal for our outdoor meals, and the pool that allowed us to cool off after our days of excursions as well as the petanque court which is a plus! We recommend this villa 100%!

Perfect Weekend in Ardèche Our weekend stay with 7 friends was fantastic! The hosts were kind, and the property was stunning : spacious, beautifully decorated, with a clean pool, pétanque ground, and an amazing outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The house was spotless, with plenty of space and the three showers and two WCs were perfect for our group of 8. Set in a peaceful countryside with no close neighbors, the location is ideal. The nearby Ardèche River offers breathtaking landscapes, perfect for kayaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

A magical place, set in the middle of nature! Interior of the house impeccable but the best is the exterior. With the summer kitchen, the pool, the view, the petanque court. Amazing, I would recommend!

Beautiful cottage in a quiet environment. Spacious, well-equipped with an exterior that is a real plus: a large terrace, a shared barbecue, petanque court, playground... and direct access to the Via Ardèche by bike. Excellent family stay!
