Stone house from the 1800s that is fully equipped, shower and toilet. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, oven fridge with freezer compartment T V (not Wifi ), upstairs bedroom. Air heat pump. The cabin is located on our farm property. Patio with table & chairs, charcoal grill. Within the radius of 100 meters there is harbour, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, glass kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the lighthouse Långe Jan 7 km.

Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car journey of about 30 minutes to both cities. As you can imagine, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Close to Ottenby and only 5 min walk to Grönhögens Golf Course There is a paddlecourt, barbecue area, grocery store and ice cream store nearby.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!
