Small patio with exit from the kitchen in the north. Balcony with exit from the living room in the south-facing position. Approximately 800 meters to the sea. Approximately 500 meters to an unmanned shop open 5 a.m. - 11 p.m. Approximately 10 km to Grönhögen, where there is an ICA, golf course, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and more.

Large garden with barbecue. 2.7 km to a quiet pebble beach. 3 km to grocery store. 14 km to golf course. 200 m to Alvaret. Bed linen and towels are included for 1 week's stay. Cleaning is not included!

Stone house from the 1800s that is fully equipped, shower and toilet. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, TV (no Wi-Fi), bedroom upstairs. Air heat pump. The cottage is located on our farm plot. Patio with table and chairs, charcoal grill. Within a radius of 100 meters there is a harbor, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, ice cream kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the Långe Jan lighthouse 7 km.

Solebo

In front of you, you have a charming and modern lake house with a completely unique location right next to the edge of beautiful Kalmarsund. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located in the middle between two award-winning summer cities, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located about 30 minutes by car from both cities. As you probably understand, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Close to Ottenby and only 5 min walk to Grönhögens Golf Course There is a paddlecourt, barbecue area, grocery store and ice cream store nearby.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

The house is in the middle of the picturesque terraced village of Näsby, but still completely secluded from neighbors. Only a short walk to the beach with lots of birds and seals. Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
