Prachtig gelegen aan de Zeeuwse kust, aan de rand van het dorp Nieuwvliet Studio op 2,8 km van het strand, eigen ingang, heel rustig gelegen met mooie zonsondergangen. U zit op 45 min. wandelen van strand. 1 studio gelegen onder het dak . Een groot zonnig terras en tuin is gemeenschappelijk. In de directe omgeving treft u o.a. Cadzand, Knokke, Brugge en Gent aan. Vanaf de mooie ligging zijn de restaurantjes op 10 min. loopafstand bereikbaar. Bakker 5 min met de auto of 12 min te voet

Een bijzonder appartement met een mix van stoere details en prachtige styling in het centrum van het pittoreske Groede. De sfeervolle zithoek en eethoek grenzen aan een goed uitgeruste keuken met riant fornuis, afwasmachine en andere apparatuur. Slapen doe je in de knusse stijlvolle slaapkamer met oude details waar de badkamer met stort douche aangrenst of op de vide waar slaapkamer 2 zich bevindt.

De Eiken Balk is een nieuw vakantiehuisje met een comfortabele inrichting. Een afgescheiden ligging qua privacy. Open vanaf juni 2021 Deze accommodatie biedt precies wat je als stel zoekt qua locatie en faciliteiten. Het huisje heeft een eigen oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)

Knus vakantie huisje, hof Mettenije.

Aan de rand van Nieuwvliet dorp staat dit huisje op een erf naast het hoofd huis (eigenaren of huurders kunnen daar aanwezig zijn). Met uitzicht over polder, boomgaard en in de verte vliegterrein van Nieuwvliet. Met 1 slaapkamer voor 2 personen en evt. babybedje. In de huiskamer een slaapbank mogelijk voor 2 personen. Strand op 2.5 km afstand.

The North Sea beach is about 2,5 km distance. Lovely to ride your bike. Cities like Bruges and Ghent are about a half hour drive away.

The place is tucked away behind the church, with two private terraces. It can be incredibly quiet, though you are sitting in the middle of the village. The studio is comfortable and everything is new. The stove can easily heat the whole house and therefore it's a very nice place in wintertime as well.
