The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The beach and promenade are only 400 metres away. In July and August, we apply a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

There is also an extra relaxation room with pool table and darts. There are wonderful hiking and biking routes. All the necessities are available to stay comfortably, you can even do laundry there.
