Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. The city is a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Old town apartment with terrace in Hallein

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT! We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking space available on the premises.

Our cozy apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city and yet in the countryside, in the nature reserve of Leopoldskron. It is also fully equipped for long-term stays. Tourist tax (overnight stay tax + tourism fund contribution) is already included in the price. Guest Mobility Ticket for the Salzburg region is also included in the price.
