Modern basement apartment with pool use

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)

Ideal bus connection to Salzburg city. Centrally located in the center of the village.
