The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.
