We loved staying here. It’s the perfect place to rejuvenate after a long day out. The village is gorgeous with a nice pub (excellent beer garden) village green and playground. We easily travelled around the Ribble Valley and enjoyed returning here each night for a quiet evening! Lots of things to do close by for families. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Jane was a tremendous host. Kind and thoughtful with little touches to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday. We weren’t sure about renting a static home, but it was tremendous, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed. You can tell that Jane takes great pride in what she does. Would have no hesitation in booking again.

What a lovely place to stay, had everything we needed. John was very quick to reply and provide anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and had lovely walks at Benton Fell Country Park nearby with out dogs. We are extremely grateful to find such a welcoming place for us and our 4 dogs, thank you and look forward to going back in the future.

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

We would definitely book with you again! Perhaps we'll manage to visit my daughter's friend again, and then we'll definitely come back.

Peaceful location, nice and clean and self contained, the instructions given were clear and communication with the host was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. It was stunning—bright, spotless, and beautifully presented, with lovely surroundings that made it feel like a real retreat. We especially enjoyed the chickens wandering nearby (the hosts are happy to help you feed them if you ask!). The hot tub and amenities were perfect, and the extra touches from the hosts—like providing fresh eggs and bread—were really thoughtful, even though we’d brought our own supplies. All in all, a fantastic and relaxing stay—we loved it and we’d definitely come back!

I have just returned from a 2 night stay in Preston. My friend and I were attending a conference at the University of Lancashire and this place is in the university quarters. Easy self checking, secure parking spot, walking distance from the station. The apartment was spotless, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a nice touch of welcome goodies! If I am ever in Preston again, this is where I will be staying!
