I stay in a lot of airbnbs every year and I’d have to rank this as one of the best. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. Furniture is high quality. The beds are amazing. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I wish I lived at this Airbnb, my entire crew and myself loved it.

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

The home is large and great for many people. The party barn was an amazing place to hang out with family and play games. The home and yard is very private, we saw deer running across the yard. The check in and check out was so easy.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. Great place to stay on a bike ride! It’s not far from the trail, the town has 2 restaurants, and the town even had music in the park this weekend! Marissa was very responsive, check in was a breeze, and she was super helpful with our bike storage when it looked like rain! The town was cute and we felt safe!

This little home was so perfect in every way. They had fun activities like board games and toys for kids. The kitchen was wonderful and had a few snacks in place, which was extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed the train going by (it wasn't very loud and passed by relatively quick). The bed was so comfy after a day of exploring Iowa! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Iowa. It felt like a like a perfect little home away from home. Now, I can't wait for us to come back to visit again!

Our family had the most wonderful experience in this clean, spacious home in Des Moines! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family to relax and enjoy. It was incredibly kid-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Des Moines!

We had a great time. 5 cousins that had not all been together for over 10 years. The house was very spacious. We spent most of our time on the beautiful back porch catching up. We never even made it to the game room in the basement. Justin had a book that told us about the home and how we could take care of it. So much better than a hotel and Trang to find a space for us all to congregate!

Loved our stay in Des Moines! My brother in laws and I came in town for a half Ironman. Debbie was amazing to work with through the entire process and it turns out she had done some herself. So in addition to a beautiful home, with great accommodations, we also received helpful tips and words of motivation from her as well. Race weekend turned into a full family affair and l can’t thank her enough for her flexibility in working with us to make the stay as comfortable as possible for everyone involved. Some “on the fly”adjustments were made and she was extremely helpful and gracious throughout. Thank you for making such a special weekend that much better! “Iowa Nice” was experienced in full effect!

Trisha's place had everything we needed. The location was good for us and there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The amenities were good and the place had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with a lot of special touches like snacks, full size shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen with spices.

Tiffany’s place worked out great for our party. Good convenient location. We had to make a slight adjustment to our plans and she was very accommodating.

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane's property. It is located in a quiet suburban area, only a few minutes from downtown De Moines, with a modest small town residential feel. The home is excellently maintained. Jane definitely a "super host" ... friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Her property demonstrates her pride in ownership and attention to details, for example clear labeling of the kichen equipment and other items for guest use. We would recommend that you consider staying in this property if you have occasion to be in the Des Moines metro area.

Lovely and unique home with lots of space and floor to ceiling windows. Good outdoor space too. Very convenient to the airport and downtown Des Moines.

We were super grateful to have a quick and comfortable spot for the night. We got into Des Moines very late and needed a place to stay the night during our travels. Despite contacting/booking very last minute, Debbie was quick to respond and help us get settled. It was a wonderful little space with everything we needed for the night. Very clean, comfortable, and decorated well!

The house was beautiful… probably one of the best and nicest Air bnb’s we have ever stayed in! The house fit our group perfectly and it was so clean and organized and it was very convenient to stores! The beds were super comfy! It was so close to our family that lives there so it made it a beeeze to go back and forth from their house! They had an awesome outside area where we actually hung out and played some family games at night under the lights! And we took advantage of the very nice hot tub on the last night! I highly recommend this place!
