Irakli's house is in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, there is parking for a car in a closed area. New air conditioners are in every room and work great. There is a dishwasher, which is very rare in houses! The house is large enough and even large families will be comfortable. Thank you Irakli for your hospitality!

A small but very cozy studio — it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was always available and quick to respond to any questions. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The paid cleaning service was excellent and definitely worth the money. I really enjoyed our time in this beautiful city, and this lovely studio made it even better. Would definitely recommend!

Very quiet and cozy place with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Clean and convenient bathroom, 2 balconies to enjoy the views of nature and the village. Walkable distance to the sea. Easy to visit nature sights and reserves nearby if you have a car. Beautiful beach with the black sand. Friendly cat that visits you room to play and the view of cute ducks playing nearby. Very friendly host who is ready to help.
