Monthly Rentals in Griffith

The apartment was comfy and convenient. It had good parking and access from the main road was easy. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom were well kitted with essentials. Hot water worked a treat. The nearby shops are Kingston are excellent - recommend the gelato shop, Joe’s boot shop and the big supermarket. Neighbours in the apartment were quiet. Daniel was quick to respond to each request, although we had very questions. Hope to stay there again!

This is a ground floor apartment in one block of a set of blocks of apartments. Being in the ground floor means a yard, though also at times there were ants and other insects entering the place. The place has an underground car parking space. The place itself was reasonably well set up and the kitchen had what was needed to prepare food. There is a desk at which to work. There is a washing machine and dryer. The place is a close walk to the Canberra railway station, and not too far to walk to the Kingston suburb shopping area. Overall this was a good place to spend a few weeks while working in Canberra.

We had a beautiful stay in Maria’s apartment. Maria was lovely to communicate with and we had everything we needed. As first time Canberra visitors we were pleasantly surprised. Couldn’t recommend more.

We had a beautiful stay with extended family over the Easter long weekend. The house was spacious, clean and has a great backyard for kids and the whole family. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood close to Canberra's tourist attractions and to Manuka and Kingston shopping villages. Highly recommended!
