With a fantastic location in the middle of Greve C, you are 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) takes you down to the cozy Mosede Harbor, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream shop with homemade waffles and ice cream. Likewise, the station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want to go to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered by traffic noise.

Located only 1 km from the beach and Waves and only 20 km to cozy towns like Køge, Roskilde and of course Copenhagen, so it is only the imagination that sets the limits for an eventful holiday.

Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Fish shop and smokery in Mosede Havn only 5 min away by car.

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Newly built family villa in Greve

Take the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for fun and fuss. Only 25 minutes away from Copenhagen, 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot from the station that has the train that runs directly. Space for outdoor coziness and lots of people. We live in the house on a daily basis, but when we are on holidays we rent it out - therefore it can be expected that you can see that we are committing to the house on a daily basis.

Cozy house in Mosede Strand on 108 square meters. Close to Karlslunde st. And not far from Copenhagen. Close to cozy Mosede Harbour, 800 meters to the beach and shopping opportunities within walking distance. There are three rooms, two with a double bed and a children's room with a junior bed. There is a bath, a large kitchen-dining room and a cozy conservatory with a long table. On the terrace there is a gas grill, garden table and sunbed.
