Large family house in natural and family-friendly surroundings close to beautiful beach (5 minutes) and close to Copenhagen (20 minutes). The house is 210 m2 with two living rooms, a nice new kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest room in the basement and a lovely garden with a conservatory, trampoline, swings and barbecue. The house is suitable for families with several children. Lots of playgrounds in the area. Shopping opportunities 5 minutes walk from the house (Lidl) and large shopping centre (Waves) 15 minutes walk from here.

Guest toilet and bathroom with bathtub. Enjoy the large, bright kitchen and fireplace with wood stove. In the large garden there is a large wooden terrace, cozy corner with pergola, trampoline, sandbox, play kitchen and fire pit – perfect for relaxing and playing all year round. About 1 km to large center and S-train directly to KBH.

Nice house near Copenhagen direct to the beach!

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Copenhagen - Luxurious Beautiful Beach Villa, Ocean View

Our amazing house is located in beautiful nature directly by nice white beach with sea view from all rooms. Olsbækken is a river where trout some times of the year. It runs along the grounds and here you can sit on our own stairs and look at the ducks swimming by. There are nice sea kayaks and bikes that can be used. The house is located in the old beach neighborhood with no street lights so you can see the starry sky. Only 20 minutes from the city.

Nice house in quiet surroundings and close to the beach

Well-disposed detached house, with wonderful garden, with room for both play and relaxation for the whole family. Go for it on the trampoline, read books under the pine trees, relax in the hammocks, roast marshmallows on the fire, light up the grill, or take a trip to the beach. Shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. The train to Copenhagen takes about 25 minutes.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Close to a lovely beach with all the amenities you could want. An older original summerhouse, which still has the cozy summerhouse atmosphere. There is a bedroom and a children's room with a bunk bed. It has a brand new kitchen, a nice open living room, and an older bathroom. Needs to be seen and experienced ❤️

Cosy room in B&B Iris-gardens near Copenhagen

Du vil ikke have lyst at stå op om morgen, fra de gode senge! Sammen med den rolige beliggenhed for enden af en stikvej, lover jeg en god nattesøvn. Rummet er ikke så stor, men du må gerne opholde dig i fællesområderne, som spisestuen, stuen og terassen. Sengetøj, håndklæder og morgenmad er inkluderet i prisen, aftensmad kan evt. tilkøbes (spørg gerne på forhånd).
