Et ophold i meget smukke omgivelser med mulighed for eventyr med havkajakker og SUP board. I Olsbæk åen som løber langs haven, findes ørred. Her er smukke terrasser med gas grill og fine Philip Starck møbler. Tag på vandet i vores fine havkajakker eller anvend cyklerne rundt i de 2 nærliggende marinaer. Man bor super ekslusivt, i smuk natur, kun 15 minutter fra København.

Et smut til København tager kun 20 minutter i bil eller tog, og shopping er kun 5 minutter væk i bil. Nyd dagene på stranden året rundt, eller hyg i boligen som har alt, eller tag på udflugt i Danmark. Inden for 1 time kan I nå både Helsingør og helt over til Fyn, så der er rig mulighed for udflugter imellem afslapning.

Lej vores lille hyggelige hus på 110kvm med have og lille ældre solrig sydvestvendt terrasse. To mindre soveværelser. Fuldt udstyret køkken (er ikke afbilledet). Stort nyrenoveret badeværelse fra 2023 med to brusere og håndvaske. Clever el-lader. Huset ligger 5 min gåafstand fra strand, 3 min gåafstand fra Karlslunde St - S-tog til København (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Pga. allergi er kæledyr desværre ikke velkomne. Pga. sikkerhed er huset ikke egnet for mindre børn.

Lovely townhouse 20 minutes from Copenhagen

I love home decor, coziness and plants, so you can calmly lean back in one of my many cozy corners and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee machine, which can make an exquisite cappuccino, for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a beautiful meadow just behind my house, where you can go for a walk or sit on a bench, or there is a 10-minute walk to the beach just off the road outside the house.
