Il giardino è in parte esclusivo ed in parte in comune con la mia famiglia che vive nella’ altra parte della casa . La piscina è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Il proprietario Gregorio , amante dello sport, offre gratis tour in bicicletta nella campagna toscana!!! Circondata da vigneti e bosco offre una situazione di estrema pace . It is surrounded by the vineyards of Villa Calcinaia, an estate owned by the Capponi Counts since 1524. The apartment is 500 meters from the shared pool, open from May to October. The apartment has an outdoor area with a table and chairs where guests can dine and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

Cozy apartment, finely renovated in the historic center on the second floor overlooking the beautiful square of Greve in Chianti. You can spend wonderful moments of relaxation on its condominium terrace.

Chianti Independent barn

The farm was made from a characteristic 70-square-meter stone barn completely renovated and furnished with antique furniture. Panoramic view of the Chiantigian hills with breathtaking sunsets. From March 1 to December 31 guests will have to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person. Children under the age of 14 don't pay.
