The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.

We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
