A tiny house of about 30 square meters with double views of the outside (on the front a large garden shared with us, in the back a private, fresh and shaded courtyard). The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Small two-room apartment located in a courtyard house, consisting of an entrance from a bedroom with double bed and armchair-bed, very small kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Independent entrance. The only common room (with us living upstairs) is the laundry room, which is in a separate room. Free parking is on the street (20 metres from the door of the house). There is no garden, but you can sit outside, perhaps for a drink.
