Beautiful fully equipped apartment for up to 6 people in a quiet location near the mountains. As sleeping options there is a bedroom with 140 cm box spring bed, a sofa bed (180 x 200) and in addition there are two single beds (90 x 200) if required. Within walking distance you can reach a nature reserve and hiking area in a few minutes. In addition, you have a great starting point to get to nearby ski resorts. Brauneck about 15 minutes, Christlum about 45 minutes, Garmisch about 50 minutes.

Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming. In the apartment on the second floor of our new building, you will find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as two (and if necessary another) bedroom. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
