Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

*Modern lakeside apartment* The basement apartment is very well and quiet but also centrally located in Utting a. Ammersee. Only about 5 minutes walk to the train station (BRB Garmisch-Geltendorf) and about 7 minutes to the lake. Pharmacy, doctors, many restaurants and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Ammersee-Maisonette: 12 idyllic minutes' walk to the lake

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The large country-style accommodation with local woods is suitable for up to 6 guests, number of bedrooms max. 3 (each with double bed/ couch) Use depending on the number guests. The cozy eat-in kitchen and a large living room offer plenty of space. The orientation of the sun terrace is optimal, use of front garden/barbecue possible. There is a washing machine in the large bathroom. Surroundings: train station, supermarket, restaurants, Ammersee, hiking trails are within 10 minutes' walk.

Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Sunshine Living

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.
