Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Greensboro

The location was convenient and great for exploring the downtown area. The apartment was nicely laid out with everything we needed. It was a great location for bringing a dog as there was a dog park and many places to walk. The only negatives were that the garage was open the entire time we stayed there, allowing anyone to get into the building. There were many people walking through the complex all hours of the night. The bed was harder than we expected but the extra comforter helped. The provided shampoo and conditioner was really only enough for one person to use for one shower. Otherwise we loved the location and convenience, the cleanliness, the security system was a nice feature, and the kitchen was roomy for cooking. There was a good selection of coffee provided which was great! Parking was close-by and ample. The host was a great communicator throughout the time that we stayed and answered any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Take this review with a grain of salt when it comes to checking in and cleanliness. I had a medical condition hinder me from going. Talking to David he said it was AIRBNB policy and for me to talk to them. After talking to AIRBNB they said it was up to David to make an exception due to the emergency. Being as sick as I was I gave up and just dealt with the loss. Lesson learned.

Missy is a quick responder. Her place fit my family perfectly. Her place was well stocked. She thought of every detail. Beds and sofa was very comfortable. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.

Pristine house in an idyllic setting. Chad & Emily are super responsive and give you plenty of space to enjoy everything their home has to offer. Great location for accessing anything in the Triad area. We would jump at the chance to stay in this well-appointed home the next time we are in the area.

Mary was the best!!!!! She went above and beyond in every area! She even let me go "shopping" in her overflow closet in apartment. (Side note: she has impeccable taste in clothing)! I will definitely be going back there!

A superb stay at Brian's Spanish abode! Brian is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and very proactive in making sure we had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. The location is just off a primary road with many restaurants, coffee shops and stores, while being in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. We loved the covered outdoor patio off the entrance to the apartment that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with the ambiance of a high end resort. The interior is immaculately decorated, with no detail left behind. The two bedrooms are not adjacent to each other, ensuring early risers in one room will not impact late risers in the other. Everything you could need in the kitchen is available, with a very comfortable open-concept living room that provides plenty of space for conversations. We even enjoyed the attached gym, which was an added bonus. We will stay at Brian's place again!

Comfortable and clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Generous host set out clean towels, new soap and shampoo for each bedroom, set out water and snacks to welcome us as guests!
