This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

The house is set on a country road. It is 1 mile to Tottington, Walshaw, Harwood or Affetside. Harwood and Breightmet golf clubs are close by. There are lots of country walks and restaurants near by. A stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with bath and shower 1 lounge/ diner, downstairs toilet and cellar with a small pool table. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Knutsford, Peak District. Having a car is recommended.

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42). We would like to welcome you to Calf Hey Cottage. We are situated off the main road set in a quite Hamlet in Denshaw, along side three other Cottages. We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
