Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Spacious self contained apartment.

Everything you need is here. Two bedrooms,breakfast goodies,laundry,spa,large pool,large modern kitchen and new bathroom. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station. (Unfortunately the trains are not available until January 2024 due to track replacements however there is a bus service every 10mins into the city) Very quiet and private. Comfy beds and spacious living with separate dining area. Full use of sheltered tropical garden. Children love it here.
