Monthly Rentals in Greengates

Our second visit here, we have now stayed in both accommodations. Always great communication from Nicky. Highly recommend, very clean has everything we need & great location with free parking outside the accommodation. Will definitely be back towards the end of the year. Thankyou again.

This little property is cosy and was good for our needs. It had off road parking for 2 cars which was a real bonus for us. Cafe and pubs a short walking distance away. The outside space in the property is a bonus. It was easy access at check in. Neil is a very responsive host for any queries.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Laura provided excellent directions which took us straight to the gate. Stewart was there when we arrived, so let us in and made us very welcome. The garden is beautiful, and he did say we could use it but sadly we didn't have time. As others have said, Laura provided milk, orange juice, bread, butter and marmelade which was a nice touch and meant we didn't need to shop. The whole apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, with a cosy and comfortable sitting area. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it looked well enough equipped to cook in if necessary. Beds were also comfortable and it was lovely to wake up to the sound of birds in the garden and no traffic!

We had a lovely stay at badgers rest. Cosy, comfortable and warm. Had everything we needed and some lovely walks on the doorstep.
