Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Greene County

Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Hudson! It was spacious, clean, and had so much character. The location was great—just a short 5-minute drive to Warren Street. We didn’t walk due to the cold weather but it was definitely close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My family's second visit to this beautiful gem overlooking the mountains and frozen pond. Our hosts are highly communicative and helpful. The description is accurate. Considering our 2nd visit and rebooked for 3rd in 2026 - this speaks volumes -- more than meets our needs, well stocked. We're looking forward to visiting during the summer months to further appreciate the views. Grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

A very beautiful home. Stayed here for a couple of days in April and it was the most peaceful getaway. It is ideal if you just need some rest and relaxation. Loved the sauna and the hot tub.

We had a wonderful weekend at Jen’s house. It’s cozy and thoughtfully decorated. The beds are so comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful spacious studio. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Short walk to Warren St shops and restaurants.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

You cannot beat the location. It's right in the middle of the heart of Hudson and is also a short walk from the train. The place is cute as well with a nice outdoor space.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Catskill Cabin Duplex Apartment. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Great location near ski resorts and restaurants and very easy to get there. Daniel is a great host we recommend this place! Thank you.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Ellen's townhome. The place is so charming and clean; our party of 6 felt right at home. Located right off Warren St, you have direct access to all that Hudson has to offer. Finally, Ellen made us feel at home from our first set of communications all the way to check-in to check-out. This apt is excellent! It is perfectly located on the Main Street. It is clean, newly renovated and super cozy and calm. We absolutely loved staying here and we will love to stay here again.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Poornima’s place was exactly as described , everything was clean and well maintained , perfect for 3 guests for a weekend at Hunter. Only 3 minutes from the mountain was great! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s condo! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and so convenient for skiing. We loved being able to walk to the lift, and loved sitting in front of the fireplace in the living room after coming in from the cold. The condo is a very good size for a one bedroom. Highly recommend and we will definitely look to stay here again when skiing at Hunter.
