Location was outstanding, the Royal Suite was very nice and exactly as presented, arrival/departure was easy due to host being communicative and directions spot on. Would recommend, and stay again!

We had a nice time staying here for a business meeting we were in town for. Cameron is response and very helpful. Place is exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the area.

Stayed here only one night for a quick stop but would love to come back to the area for the nature and a longer stay. House was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice and clean condo in a beautiful area, perfect if you want peace but still wants to be close to Bloomington or the lake. The apartment is very nice, clean and cozy. Marji was very responsive and helpful.

definitely peaceful . wouldn't suggest coming in in the dark. really hard to find at night. functioned just like home. didn't spend much time there but was a good place to lay our heads down and sleep.

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

We loved our family stay at Joe’s place. It was close to IU for graduation. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces—the hot tub was a bonus! Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Joe was very communicative, responding right away. Couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend.

Meghan's place is splendid! It is secluded, relaxing, bright, and welcoming. If you want a peaceful and restorative retreat, this place will offer you all this and more! Look no further! This house is so cute, clean and well stocked! The house had nice dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Lots of snacks! Water in the fridge. Helpful notes all around. Bathroom accessories and toiletries just in case you forget anything. And comfy beds! They really thought of everything.

We had a fantastic stay at The Dome!! It was secluded and quiet, very peaceful. It was also a drivable distance from downtown Nashville, which is where we would disappear to here and there to shop or eat, but overall- we would strongly recommend this stay!

Your home away from home was very cozy. The bed was so comfortable and there was everything I could need or want from kitchen appliances to Netflix to an awesome shower. The peaceful country life reminded me of when I was a kid. Deb was very responsive and check in and out was easy and uneventful.

The Cozy Condo is exactly as described, small and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us. Sharon went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added special touches just for us. The only drawback was that it was much further from downtown Bloomington than we thought. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the B-Line trail. That was on me, I should have done more research. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and cozy place to stay near Bloomington, I highly recommend Sharon's Cozy Condo.

Very nice condo equipped with everything we needed. I appreciate the little details that make it welcoming; like snacks, coffee, umbrella (it rained so very happy to have it handy)..... Spacious, open concept kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are good sizes with comfortable beds and linens. I do recommend this place.

Brandon excels as a host - couldn’t wish for a better one! This listing became “my second home” this past year. Work brought me to Bloomington once a month and this was my place of choice to stay while here. Highly recommend Brandon and this listing.

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Stephanie and the co-hosts were excellent! I was in town for a family event and communication around our stay with everything going on with family events was quick, easy and overall kind. I always felt I could reach out if I needed anything. There were even sweet rolls in the fridge (which we unfortunately were not able to get to, but were all touched!) The space is extremely clean, making it a very comfortable stay. We had plenty of room to lounge and for all of us to get ready at the same for all of the family events. Would highly recommend this stay if you're coming for a football game, visiting family or any other fun activities in Bloomington!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
