Ironbark is within easy walking distance of the local township of Maldon as well as the state forest.

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. We are very proud of this property as its remained in the family for over 60 years and was home to three Newstead locals who were a big part of the community. At the property you will spot a variety of native birds especially families of Blue Wren's. The birds and native wildlife have been cherished and loved by the owners so visit the garden and feed the birds to keep the tradition alive.
