I recently stayed at this beautiful home and had an exceptional experience. The house is spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Houston—super convenient for getting around the city. Steve is a fantastic host! He responds very quickly, is incredibly kind, and carries himself with true professionalism. He made sure everything was perfect for our stay and was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

Melody was a very responsive host. There was one thing the cleaners had forgotten to do after the previous guest and Melody was right on it, offering to have the cleaners come back. Melody's house was very peaceful, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

Clean modern apartment on a quiet street in the charming Houston Heights historic neighborhood. Many coffee shops and cafes a short walk away. Away from the mega-city hustle and bustle, but still convenient to the downtown and museum district, if you have a car and don’t mind road construction! We were there 11 nights and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed this place. We come to Houston regularly and hope it is available for our next stay!

The 4 of us enjoyed our short stay. The area seemed safe, we saw people walking their dogs. The home was a perfect location to get around Houston. About 5mins to get on hwy 10 and about 15-30mins to Vietnamese/Chinatown depending on traffic. Also an easy drive to the ocean. The house has high ceiling and ceiling fans making the house air pleasant. I have allergies and it was not a problem at all. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms big, living room/kitchen open concept. You have your own garage parking.All the amenities were clean. If you want to add acouple more steps to your day, this 3 story house is perfect for you.

We live nearby and needed additional beds for out of town guests during our daughter's high school graduation weekend. This house made a perfect guest house. It is well appointed and Emily was quick to respond to requests. We will remember this house for future needs!

I LOVED my stay!!! The pictures? DOES NO JUSTICE!!! when we seen the home in real life we were in awe for atleast 2 hours! The house was very roomy, spacious, peaceful, quiet neighborhood, BEAUTIFUL!! I will definitely be booking this home again!!! Our host was very sweet and responsive, she checked on us to make sure we made it safe and was enjoying the stay, it was so hard to leave this beautiful home because the scenery is amazing unlike any Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Thank you for the stay! 🩷🩷🩷🩷 10/5 would DEFINITELY recommend!

Place was exactly as described and shown in pics, clean and tidy, very responsive, was very flexible with an early check in and late check out, quiet complex with quiet neighbors, and with the location of place, everything for the most part is within 15-20min driving distance. I Would stay here again.

Jane is amazing, always responding to everything in less than a minute, the place is more than amazing, clean, beatiful, keyless access, ton of amenities inside. More than 100% recommended place to be.

If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

great place, easy access to the galleria, River oaks. 610 and Katy freeway. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and wel accessorized.

Yellow bedspread is now blue but that’s no big deal! The space has everything a traveler needs. Responsive host and property manager.

Briona was very responsive of all requests and inquiries I made throughout my stay, and was timely in helping me get better situated!

We stayed for 3 nights at Tien’s place for a rather stressful 2 days of pre-op procedures and appts. at MD Anderson. We couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. The apartment was clean, bright, peaceful , in a beautiful building with great amenities. Within walking distance to MD Anderson with grocery store not far away… The parking garage is a little tricky, but secure … and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It may be an issue for anyone with knee or hip issues. The shower is a tub/ shower combo. Nice deep tub great for soaking but the sides are high so you need to step up and over. Would definitely stay again…Also VERY comfortable king size bed!

We booked this stay for my now-husband and his friends to get ready in for our wedding ceremony. Marie had a bouquet of flowers with a kind note on the counter for us. She was VERY responsive and personable. Lots of space, great location, and very clean! Definitely recommend and would book again.

Zenobia and Nga are amazing. Their place is clean, upscale, and welcoming. Its location is very convenient too. It’s downtown and close to many key locations. The check in/ out was easy and the hosts are extremely helpful. Their communication was on point and they promptly extended my stay when my flight got delayed. When I find myself back in H-town , you know where I’ll be staying!!

Very clean space. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Anything that needs to be fixed, he responded fast and was there quickly. I’ll highly recommend his place to stay.

Patrica was very friendly and responsive. The location was great for me, the area was quiet, aesthetically the area is just ok in my opinion. However, it was clean and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again. I asked Patrica for a pillow topper for the mattress, because it was a little too hard for me. The next day there was an Amazon package at the door with a pillow topper in it. It made the bed quite comfy!
