Wonderful house, clean and peaceful

A fantastic guest house that is easy to find, well decorated with the most comfortable bed, and dog friendly!! If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient, dog friendly place, this is definitely for you!!! If we ever make our way back to Tampa, we’ll definitely stay again.

House was great, clean and close to highway so it made it easy to go anywhere we wanted. Even my 5 yr old felt at home and that is a understatement. He is usually ready to go home by the end of the day.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

In one word AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! From the hospitality of the host, the quick responses to our questions and to the amazing house. It was a quick get away weekend to relax and enjoy a event in Tampa. Me can my son got to shoot hoops in the back yard and my daughter got to chase our dog in the back yard. It was an amazing weekend and we hope to get away again for a long weekend and enjoy the FUNHOUSE!!!!!

Absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and my kids loved the pool. The only negative was not being able to take a bath in the large jetted tub. There wasn’t a stopper provided to be able to fill the tub and relax in the bath. All else was amazing and my kids and I loved it!

Peter’s place was just what we expected. No surprise. It was clean and if we had any questions he was right there with an answer. It was a very nice stay, and recommended Peter has a wonderful host.

We felt at home-didn’t need anything extra-that had taken care of the details including every kitchen utensil/ item you would need. Ryan was great with communication and asked in advance if we had any needs. Such a peaceful property right on the river. We enjoyed the pool most afternoons-refreshing! Central location too! We will be visiting again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

House was perfect for our daughter’s 5th bday celebration. The pool was spacious, well maintained and there was plenty of outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It was obvious that the owner, Angel, has put time into making the house look nice. He was also very communicative and polite with us. We went to Busch Gardens and the house is literally four minutes away from there. We were surprised by a view of the fireworks at night. If we come back to busch gardens, we hope to stay here again.

my husband and I took our 3 kids here for memorial day weekend. the house in a nice quiet and clean neighborhood which we loved. we only had one problem when we arrived which was the AC was out and in Florida that can be a huge problem. but we let the host know right away and they called someone to fix it. we cooled off in their beautiful pool until it was fixed and before we went to bed we had a cool house. so thank you for your prompt response in getting that fixed. other than that the house is truly a gem. very clean, great amenities and the guidebook was a wonderful addition! my kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the place is very spacious where we had our room. they pretty much had everything you could think of product wise so we didn't need to get much for our stay. we are from Florida but we don't visit Tampa often but this is a place we know we will come to visit again for sure!!! thank you Aaron and Sophie for making my family vacay and wonderful one!!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

This Airbnb was beyond anything we could have imagined. It was so gorgeous and fun! My kiddo had fun counting the little hidden leaves. (We think there are 16?!) the back yard is well thought out—kiddo loved the tire swing! It was just a really fun experience! The road noise is a bit loud, but we live in an urban area and are used to it.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This was very convenient and close to airport! very clean and A/C was cold! would stay again.

The host were very responsive with any questions I had. Would reply within 10-20 minutes. Great communication. Lovely spot. Looking forward to my return

This is a great place to stay. It is exactly as pictured. Is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Love the birds! My dogs are comfortable and enjoy the fenced backyard. It’s our second time staying and will definitely stay again.

Dean was the perfect host and the house was clean and comfortable. The pool area was so enjoyable for my family and friends and the couch was so comfy and the perfect place to wind down. The open kitchen made it easy to cook and talk to those in the living room so we never felt left out of the conversation. Would highly recommend staying.

Krista’s place was very nice. We appreciated how well decorated it was and how clean everything felt. I reached out to Krista a few times for non important things and she always answered right away and was extremely helpful each time! A perfect host! I’d be happy to stay here again, it was a great location. Easy to drive anywhere and very quiet and peaceful when you needed it.

Doug's place was inviting and had everything we needed - fenced yard, clean, peaceful, and a walkable neighborhood with lots of options nearby. The front and back porch were great to quietly sit and sip morning coffee too!
