Cottage holiday rentals in Greater Bilbao

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. An exceptional place, with even better hosts Our stay at the Caserío was simply wonderful. The place was spotless - very clean, well organized, and equipped with all the necessary appliances, in addition to being beautiful. Irati was an exceptional host. Communication with her was quick and smooth from the first moment. She recommended places to visit, activities to do and she was always attentive to our needs. We traveled with small children and he took care that we had everything we needed: he gave us two cots and two high chairs, which was a great detail. The garden is great to enjoy as a family: we dine there and the kids played happily. We don't have words to thank these special days. We'll definitely be back!

The cottage is truly amazing - we enjoyed the great pool, the house was clean and we had all we needed. Desiree is very friendly and responsive and quickly resolved any questions we might have. We loved the area and made a hike to Castillo de Allendelagua and read the interesting story about the templar knight Camilo de Carbajales. The house is close to the highway which takes you whenever you want to go. I can highly recommend the cottage and thank the host for the hospitality.

We had a great time at Ana's place, the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy.

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

Great place to stay to visit some of the surrounding beaches, Santiago was an amazing host and was always available to give recommendations. He also served us breakfast which was lovely

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! A perfect stay. the house is very well equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, impeccable sheets and towels, the house is carefully cleaned and although there is only one bathroom it is large and well equipped . There are chairs for everyone , baby high chair, games in the living room , and outdoor furniture. lots of parking and the house is secluded but with easy access. undoubtedly we would repeat , value for money for the real capacity that the house has is very nice .

The house is very spacious and nice. With mountain views and a few minutes drive to the beach. The owners are super and attentive at all times. All services covered. A house to go back.

It is located in a fantastic enclave surrounded by mountains, nature, animals... ideal for disconnecting and enjoying some fantastic vacation days. The house is fully equipped with everything you need (even children's play), we have also enjoyed the garden and the pool. We barely had mobile coverage and with the WiFi we were able to connect. Both Nerea and Verónica were very friendly and decisive. We felt right at home, we'll be back!

Everything was fantastic, highly recommended. We were there practically the whole month of August and were VERY comfortable. The house is very close to everything, spectacular views and Maria is a sweetheart. I recommend it.

This house was absolutely breathtaking. Although it is not in a main city it is definitely close by and worth a stay. This place overlooks a beautiful vineyard and makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. The outdoor entertainment was amazing with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue that allows for wonderful nights enjoying your time. The views are incredible, the town is peaceful. Hosts were extremely kind, helpful and gave great recommendations.

We loved spending the weekend at Petraenea Casa Rural. We were 13 people and we entered perfectly and super comfortable, with several spaces to enjoy inside and outside the house. The whole house is very equipped and clean. There are several bathrooms, so we have organized ourselves without a problem. And the spectacular surroundings. A 10.

The house was very good as reflected in the photos. The playroom is great for the kids. The kitchen is very ample and well equipped. The area in which it is located allowed us to make many plans without the need to make large displacements. Verónica was phenomenal with us and was attentive to everything we asked of her.

Fabulous house..With all the comforts ..perfect for large groups Very nice area in the middle of nature and very quiet but at the same time very close to many tourist sites. Jaime is very good host..The entire stay was pending. Very nice sunsets from one of the porches.....

Fully equipped house, the first time I've found all kinds of kitchenware and cleaning products. Very spacious and comfortable, the porch and garden are a luxury, located in a very quiet village with sufficient services. Very well located, close to all areas of interest. Totally recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful place to be in nature, the nearby village has sea and several places of interest. The house is very complete, to live it for months, is like being at home.
