Monthly Rentals in Great South Bay

My family stayed at Peggy’s for a family gathering near by! Peggy and family were so kind and helpful for anything we needed. Their cottage is well kept, as described, and extremely convenient to some restaurants and coffee!

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.

Thank you for a great stay! Your place was very clean and comfortable and was exactly what I needed while in town for a few days for work. If I come back to the Sayville area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
