5 Stars – Peaceful Rainforest Retreat We had a fantastic stay at Rainforest House Cairns by Peter. The location was serene and surrounded by nature — perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a true escape. Peter was a great host, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cairns! Will definitely gonna come back and will recommend to my family and friends.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is spacious, there is everything you could need! The location is also perfect because you are close to the centre while being in a quiet area. I will come back without hesitation!

Stunning location in the midst of the rainforest, where we were greeted by bind song each morning. Clean, comfortable bed and great amenities. Don’t miss this stay if you are heading to the Daintree.

Irene was friendly, professional and caring - she was able to answer all questions we had re tourist attractions, local shopping centres and any enquires about accommodation. The property can be compared to a private oasis with beautiful gardens and swimming pool area. You will find the property is extremely well equipped with every possible item you require for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay at this property again if visiting Cairns.

We stayed at Haili and Cohen’s for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The location is walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in Agnes. The space itself is so beautifully designed and well thought out, it has a lovely lounge area inside and a serene outdoor area in nature. They were so easy to communicate with and we didn’t have a single issue throughout our stay. This is the perfect AirBNB for Agnes Water and I would recommend it to anyone!

We are staying here for the 3rd time. The best place we have ever stayed. Bruce & Tricia are such a lovely caring host providing everything you needed for a stay. I would strongly recommend this & will definitely stay again.

We loved our two night stay at escape to the forest. The photos really don't do it justice! So quiet and peaceful, the house is adjacent to a creek where we saw a platypus. Cate is an excellent host and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. We would love to stay here again someday!

Lola & Wayne's apartment is one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed in. It's spacious and beautifully furnished; the beds were comfy, and both en-suites had beautiful bathrooms & towels. The kitchen was well set up with everything you would need if you wanted to make a meal. Location was brilliant, many Restaurants & Woolworths were just around the corner & Cairns Aquarium was one of the best Aquariums we have been to. We were picked up for all our tours from the doorstep so those early morning pickups were made easy! Also going to the reef as the boats left from the marina below us. We will miss sitting on the balcony looking out over the marina. Lola so kindly picked up a cake for me that I had ordered, such a beautiful surprise for my sister & her husband celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary, thank you Lola, that was much appreciated. Thank you Lola & Wayne for hosting us in your gorgeous apartment, you made our holiday even better than we could have imagined.

An absolute haven! 5 star inclusions and lots of little extras including a lovely gift for our wedding anniversary. The space was airy and immaculate with everything we required for a relaxing holiday. Our own exclusive use of the pool was a highlight. We were spoiled for choice and have no hesitation in recommending this charmer😉

The perfect set up, with a sea view. Lovely sunny apartment. All you could want for a break away with a fully stocked kitchenette and lovely little treats upon arrival. Lisa was super accommodating with arrival times. If we were planning on heading back to dolphin heads we’d definitely be looking for Lisa and Nicoles apartment compared to others we have stayed in at the same resort.

Thank you very much for the much needed weekend away! The trip was as relaxing as we could’ve ever hoped for, the bed was comfy and sitting up in the spa watching the sunset was perfect! Can’t recommend enough.

A beautiful location and lovely place to stay! Sharron and Gary were organised and let us know everything we needed to know in advance. The place was exactly as described and the pool and spa were an amazing addition to the place.

Lovely leafy outlook, everything you could need for a short stay. Nice and clean with a great shower and lovely towels which dry you. Also a comfy bed :) thank you for a nice stay.

Jonny was a lovely host! Extremely responsive. Place spotless. Fantastic location easy walking to town and beach. Spectacular view of the water. She met us when we arrived, responded to all questions promptly, and afforded us a late check out. Gem of a place!

We loved our time at Colin’s. The view is really pretty and as we walked in at least a dozen peacocks were walking in the front garden, all wild. The floors of the cottage are absolutely stunning. There are lovely handmade pieces of furniture scattered around the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and it was very nice to lay in bed and watch tv. Kitchen was very functional. A lovely stay.

Thankyou Keith for 2 wonderful weeks staying at Beltana Hideaway. The house is in a beautiful quiet street on the edge of the rainforest but only a few minutes walk from the Edgehill shops and restaurants A bus stop close by gives quick access to Cairns city centre. The magnificent Cairns Botanic Gardens and Tank Arts Centre are only 10 minutes walk from the house. The lush gardens and private pool were always welcome on returning from a days excursions . Keith was a friendly and approachable host, We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

Wendy was a lovely friendly lady and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this place and if ever in the area again we will definitely book again.Close to Yeppoon and had a day trip to Great Keppel island.

Simon’s place is a fantastic hidden gem in Cooee Bay. Very close to the beach, and other local cafes and restaurants. The space is exactly as described and very clean, tidy and spacious. A large studio apartment that is very pet friendly and really nice backyard. We loved staying at Simons place and would highly recommend it to anyone interested
