The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. Annex in an old farmhouse overlooking the hills of Monferrato and the Alps. Independent entrance both on foot and by car. Large fenced garden (about 1200 sqm), swimming pool (unsupervised 12x7 meters, depth from 90 cm to 220 cm) with trampoline and convenient masonry ladder to enter and exit. The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
