Enjoy relaxing on the covered back deck overlooking the spacious backyard and view of the river. At night relax by a fire and do some start gazing . It's easy to see why we call this "Our little piece of Heaven" ❤️

Erb'n Roots, a working farm

Whether you're looking for a quiet place to stay or a countryside adventure, check us out. Just 6 miles from historic downtown Marietta, we’re a 108-acre family farm with beloved Highland cattle and sweet goats, too. Open to general public on limited summer weekends. Trails, creeks, fields, hammocks and front row seats to stunning sunsets are all part of the package. A nearly century-old barn offers a custom banquet table for a special occasion or meal. Walk into the quaint town of Woodsfield for shopping, places to eat, Monroe Theater, and a cute Main Street. This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & single, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, The Angler's Cove is the perfect catch for the family-friendly trip or a private getaway. Relax under the stars in the outdoor hot tub and make memories around the fire pit. Enjoy your coffee/tea on the front or back porch as you take in nature all around you. Cherry Harmar Charmer

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home in the Historic Harmar Village. Just minute's walk to all the tasteful dining, Historic Anchorage Mansion, bike/walking path on the Ohio River, and the unique downtown shopping. A fully stocked kitchen and a coffee bar are provided. Furry friends are always welcome as a fenced-in area is provided. This little home has been redone to ensure your stay is comfortable with all the amenities of home.

The farm

Located near the Wayne National Forest, enjoy the peace and quiet of the country while taking in the wildlife and many species of birds. Sit around the firepit (fire wood provided), enjoy s'mores and count the stars in the night. There are plenty of acres to explore. A couple of paths have been developed or create your own adventure. No hunting or fishing is allowed. Warning for those with small children, there is a pond below the house.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
