The views from both the living room and patio are so peaceful and serene — truly a perfect setting to relax and unwind. Beautiful and charming space nestled in a quiet gated community. Space was beautiful and elegant and matched the description and photos to a tee. Price for a night was well within reasonable compared to those around with same amenities wanting twice or 3x as much for one night. I will definitely stay here again. Truly worth the buy and experience.

This was a great spot for us down at Lake Texoma, you can tell Rikki put time and thought into making sure it was a fantastic spot. I will say I especially loved the dog room as it was perfect for some morning coffee, reading, and being with the dogs. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.

I will absolutely stay here again. Loved the decor. The bed was very comfortable. I don’t do a hard mattress. This was soft but not overly soft. Pillows were perfect and linens were awesome. Um, jacuzzi in the bathroom!! Yes! Over all great accommodations. All living areas are upstairs. There is a living area downstairs where you enter! I hope to be back soon!

Sara went out of her way to accommodate us when we had an emergency and had to come to Texas. The house was spotless. Everything was great. The price was great. Everything was stocked shampoos laundry soap, everything for the kitchen very nice house very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again five star for sure.

Got some great recommendations for the area, but honestly we ended staying in the place most of the time and just relaxing. Had a full house but didn't feel like we were on top of each other and it was a fantastic trip!
