The house is very charming and well-equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The environment is also peaceful while being very close to a village with essential goods (en primeurs, pharmacy, etc.).

The semi-detached house is very well arranged on 2 floors. The house is modern and has all the necessities. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The place is very quiet with a very nice garden area. Bertrand is very friendly and available. We are already looking forward to being able to come back! Fabrice

Perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends or family, total comfort, very beautiful decoration, with a welcoming atmosphere in which you can easily feel comfortable. Fully equipped to have a great time, between the jaccuzi surrounded by sofas and the covered outdoor lounge. Thanks to Frédérick and his wife for hosting us at the top!

We had a wonderfully carefree stay. We were 10 nights with 2 adults, 3 children (11 to 14 years) and our dog. Our children don't like to sleep together in the same bed so we had brought 1 sleeping mat, but we were prepared for that, we knew that in advance. Had a nice stay in and cottage where almost everything you use at home is present. had nice contact with Manon via the app a few times via the app, but not talking or seeing them themselves, was also not necessary. extra was the smart TV not mentioned in the listing to relax in the evening, we could log in to our own Netflix account and other services ourselves. From here several day trips to the landing beaches but also to the south a number of beautiful walks done. Always about 30 to 45 by car to get there.

Very good stay with Nelly and Michel who were very welcoming, attentive to our well-being and that of our dog. Very well located house not only for access to the beach but also for a nature course in the marshes.

We stayed at Isabelle's place one night on the way to the holidays with our 20-month-old son. It was great. Very clean, the place matches the photos well. Everything is thought out not to worry about your baby (safety gate, high chair, games). The bedding was excellent and we enjoyed a little of the very large garden after our driving hours. I recommend it!

Great place extremely well located, close to the beach. I really liked the decor of the place (including the fully equipped kitchen which had a dishwasher and was very pretty). I think the price is correct for the listing. We appreciated that everything was available for infants (umbrella bed, potty, games...).

A pleasant stay with breakfasts facing the rising sun and views of the canal:). Access to the city center is a 15 min walk and direct access to the bike path allowing you to walk along the canal between Ouistreham and Caen. Many nearby restaurants to enjoy the first rays of spring sunshine.

Everything was perfect, so highly recommended. We went to Cabourg to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and this was a perfect place for that. Wonderful location, sea view and privacy, restaurants nearby. Thank you to both Frédéric and Michel who received us in the apartment and shared valuable hints and tips about Cabourg. If ever we return to Cabourg, we would definitely choose this apartment again.

A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

Ideal accommodation to visit Cabourg and its surroundings. Located a minute's walk from the waterfront, this studio is perfect for enjoying the Normandy coast. We only took advantage of the place for two nights but we are sure to come back without hesitation. Very friendly welcome and very friendly hosts!
