Our home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 km from the city center and 2 km close to a sandy beach. It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Σε λίγα μέτρα θα βρείτε mini market, φαρμακείο, αρτοποιείο και εστιατόριο.

This cozy attic is a great stay opportunity not only for a family but also for a group of friends or colleagues providing you with all the necessities and a friendly greek hospitality. The small integrated kitchen, your own bathroom, a TV and some additional facilities of the place won't disappoint you. From fresh coffee and some vegetables from our garden to some tips and recommendations from the locals, its all included. There's also plenty of space to park your car in front of the house.

Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και σαν αφετηρία για επίσκεψη στις πόλεις Ξάνθη και Καβάλα καθώς και στο λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής, από όπου μπορεί κανείς να ταξιδέψει και προς το νησί Θάσος. Επίσης σε απόσταση λίγων χιλιομέτρων μπορεί κανείς να επισκεφθεί και το ποτάμι Νέστος. Το αεροδρόμιο Μέγας Αλέξανδρος ευρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 15 χιλ. από το διαμέρισμα.
