The 57 m2 cottage opens to the garden level on a private inner courtyard with a small pool. On the ground floor, under a vault, is the entrance to the cellar-laundry room reserved for this accommodation. A stone staircase leads to the 18 m2 south-facing covered private terrace, with views of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside...

The house is situated in a serene and restful location and guests are invited to enjoy the large gardens. Payzac is well located providing easy access to the best features that the Ardeche has to offer, like Pont d'Arc, the caves, and rivers.

With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom.
