I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.
