Our cottage, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea 10 minutes walk and the countryside around the cottage. The cottage is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700m from the beach, GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the horse club and the balneotherapy center "Prévithal". From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives an impression of a living painting from anywhere. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping space in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

The city center with all shops is 300 m walk and the beach is 8 mins as well as the thalassotherapy center. Granville station is 15mm walk but possibility to take the free Neva bus lines. Mont Saint Michel is 46 km by car (by bus: line 308 in summer)
