just what we needed for 2 days before our cruise. quiet, easy access & great host! Susan knew where good restaurants were & everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Will definitely stay there again before our next cruise

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Place was just as shown. We loved that it was right at the beach and great food and great live music. Connie and Alan were very responsive when asked questions .

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Lance's place. We rented out two of of the units on this property--the Reel House and the Riverside Cottage--to spend time together over Christmas. It was great to have separate places for each family unit to have privacy and downtime, but still be close enough to enjoy each other's company. The houses were nicely furnished with all the amenities needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful location on the water. We saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds every day. We fished all week and took the kayaks out, which was a treat! Huge fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. Yes, the property is up against train tracks, but we were not bothered by it. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the property offered a serene and relaxing escape. The home is beautifully designed, and the recent renovations make it absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer, but we’ll definitely plan for a longer visit next time! A huge thank you to Craig and Doreen for creating such a perfect retreat.

The host (Jeff) is awesome and super nice. I had a question and he had checked back in on us very promptly. The house had everything you needed for a beach stay and then some. I will definitely be booking again.

As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. Great host and she provided immediate response to any questions we had. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!
