At the golf course, there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a court. Approximately 15 minutes' drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, if you are, for example, a larger group who want to stay close to each other.

The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
