On the East side, you have the nice beaches of Bödabukten and on the West side, you are close to Byrum where you can see the limestone stacks Mensalvaret and another beautiful beach, Byrum Sandvik. Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. This special place is located in central Byxelkrok, which makes it easy to plan your stay. 200 m to the beach and 500 m to shopping/restaurants at Byxelkrok's lakeside cabins. Close to nature reserves and lighthouses. The house offers four 90 cm beds and a 160 cm bed. Large bathroom with a shower and a smaller guest toilet. Kitchen and living area in one. Patios are in different directions. Bed linen and shower towels are included. The guest does the final cleaning themselves; cleaning supplies are provided.

This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Welcome to an inviting, relaxed holiday home of the highest class - but with a great respect for the history of the farm and preservation of the typical 19th century feeling. Here we really find peace. The views are expansive and the sunsets here are magical. In summer, we prefer to hang out by the pool, read in the shade, swim a few laps, bike to the sea and along the unique rocky coast. In winter, we cuddle in front of the stove, drink coffee, read books and cozy up in pajamas all day.
