We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

Cozy and Peaceful

Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Please note heat/air is controlled by main house. Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!
