The cottage consists of a large 20 m2 room + mezzanine, sleeping 4 people, a bathroom (shower – dry toilet outside), and a beautiful furnished terrace: a barbecue is available. Sheets are provided upon request. Things to do in the Monédières: Hiking or cycling, fishing, swimming 15 km away, paragliding, horseback riding.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Come and relax in this atypical cottage on the edge of a private pond on a fully enclosed 12 ha estate. You will find all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. Enjoy a 6-seat Nordic bath with a lake view. This accommodation is fully equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, sheets, towels, coffee machine, microwave, fridge...) Fishing enthusiasts are welcome on the estate.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
