Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. The Red Barn Guest House

Relax to the sounds of nature in secluded privacy. The Red Barn Guest House is filled with all the conveniences of modern and updated living, but in a tranquil and natural setting nestled in the Midwest countryside. The Red Barn Guest House is structurally detached from the owner’s main residence and has all of its own amenities. Situated on 5 acres, the house has a large front porch and fire pit for outdoor relaxation. Inside, the luxuries abound with granite countertops and modern appliances.

Pvt. Suite on the Maumee River near Maumee, OH

Overlooking the scenic Maumee River, our modern suite is near many local favorites such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Fort Meigs, restaurants, and more! (see guestbook). The suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a great location for walleye season and a fisherman's dream!

"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Lovely 1 BR Loft w/King 4 miles from BGSU

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled into a wooded lot, you will enjoy the view of the trees as well as proximity to BGSU and downtown BG. King bed and a full size futon offered. The kitchen includes a spacious fridge/ freezer, Keurig K-cup brewer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and 2 burner hotplate. Coffee, tea, and water are complimentary. Please note this is an attached, above-garage loft. It is separate from the main living quarters and has aprivate entrance.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Clocktower Cottage - Downtown Bowling Green / BGSU

Welcome to the Clocktower Cottage - the cutest house in the perfect location! Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Private apartment type space located on the upper floor of a detached garage. Patio space is available outside the entrance to the apartment. Located within 10 minutes of historic Grand Rapids, Waterville and Whitehouse Ohio and 30-40 minutes from Toledo. There are several Metroparks located within a 10 minute drive, and the Maumee River and the Maumee State Forest are also nearby.
