Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grand Manan Island

My husband, daughter, granddaughter, grandson, and myself stayed at the Cozy Cottage over Easter weekend. It was perfect for all of us. The hosts were extremely helpful and always got right back to us with any questions that we had. It was very clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay on a beautiful lake. Thank you Chris and Andrea.

The place was very comfortable and the entire family enjoyed relaxing in the house and on the deck. They also had lots of fun kayaking, swimming and fishing at the lake. Candice is a superb host. Very quick to respond if you have questions. It was such a pleasure staying at her place.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Deirdre’s place. Impeccably clean, Cory Cottage was absolutely wonderful for our family’s visit. There were 5 couples celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday! She grew up coming to St. Andrews so we wanted to meet up there. The home is designed with extreme attention to detail, beautiful furnishings, dishes, stemware, the list goes on! Thank you for making your home available to guests, it is a very special treat to stay there!

Natalie and April's cabin on the lake is absolutely amazing! Extremely quiet and so peacefully relaxing! Very clean and organized with just about everything you could imagine needing available to you! We will definitely be booking with these wonderful ladies again next time we are visiting!

The Cottage on Queen is the perfect AirBnB experience! The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The historic building and grounds are so well cared for and no detail was left out. We will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

We had a lovely stay at Krista & Gilles's house on Water Street. It was a great spot to bring our families together for a weekend getaway with enough room for everyone. The house is close by to all restaurants, shops & attractions and everything is in walking distance with a lovely water view. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful cabin and gorgeous view of the lake! We stayed here for two weeks for work and were very glad to have such a comfortable and homey place to come back to after long days in the field. The house is spacious with a large, well stocked kitchen for cooking. And the view of the lake tops it off. Because of our long work days we didn't get to enjoy the surroundings as much as we'd like, but the house is also well stocked with outdoor/lake amenities (canoe, floaties, paddle board) that would be great in warmer weather. The deck is great to sit and enjoy the view. Very peaceful area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable time staying at Katie's lovely home. She was very responsive and helped me out with my sensitivities to perfume/fragrances. That is very important to me for a comfortable stay away from home. The location, amenities, and host were just perfect. We hope to return on our next visit to Eastport.

OMG, my stay at Apple Blossom Farm was more than I dreamed of. The farmstead apartment was absolutely gorgeous and very private. I couldn't believe how nice it was, just like staying at a luxury resort. This place has all the charm of an over 200-year-old farmstead, with antiques, lovely furnishings, and that country feels, so warm and inviting. It was upgraded with luxury appliances, and the kitchen is huge. The house feels so spacious with vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and bath, the bathroom was as big as some of the bedrooms in my house, with a separate shower and large luxurious bath with step-up deck, and the whole place was so beautifully decorated, with such a unique style. Everywhere you look there is something interesting and attractive to see. The photographs of the house and its landscaped yard do not do it justice. I walked in and thought Wow! It was spotlessly clean, I mean immaculate, they cleaned EVERYTHING, and I had fresh towels waiting for me in the bathroom, freshly made bed, along with everything I could possibly need on my stay, everything I needed in the kitchen with fancy appliances. All I needed were my personal belongings and food. The yard and neighborhood were like a little slice of paradise, fields and trees and wildlife walking through the beautiful yard, we walked to the nearby lake and visited a pristine ocean beach nearby. The house is set on seventy acres so there is exquisite privacy and quiet, yet it is just a short drive into town to pick up whatever you need or to interact with the community. I came by bus and my host was kind enough to pick me up at the bus station. Because I had no car, his wife took me sightseeing for a couple of days at no extra charge. We went hiking along ocean cliffs, in Cutler and visited nearby Bar Harbor for lunch and shopping. We had so much fun and made wonderful memories. I didn't realize how incredibly beautiful this part of Maine is, I want to come back in the summer. Harry and his family are wonderful, kind and generous people. They were thoughtful and friendly. I will definitely be coming to stay again and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much, Harry and Martie. Debbie

We never met Bill, but he was in touch by phone and the place was ready for us when we arrived. Bill was very helpful. The place was rustic but very clean and very reasonably priced. We loved staying there.

Well what can I say that the pictures of this idyllic seaside getaway don't already scream at you? Dan...*ahem* CAPTAIN Dan's Sunset Suite is THE place that you want to be when you visit Saint Andrews. I'm unconvinced that there is a better view to be had from anywhere else than the balcony that gives a panoramic vista of the harbour front. The space itself is open, airy, spacious and absolutely gorgeous. It's located in the heart of the town, and convenient to anywhere you might want to go. Dan is a kind, warm and considerate host who went above and beyond to not only make sure we were settled...but that we were spoiled -offering room service and bringing up cocktails and food from the restaurant downstairs (which might I add...delicious. Chef's kiss). The only regret you'll have is when you first walk in and instantly wish that you were staying for a month and not a weekend.

We stayed at Barbara and Dwight's place for nearly a week, and it was fantastic. The guest house, with its private entrance, is situated right next to the bay, offering breathtaking views that greatly enhanced our experience. This Airbnb is one of the most well-equipped I've ever stayed in, with every tool and everyday item you could need to make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home. The location is excellent, providing easy and quick access to beaches, hiking areas, Saint John, and much more. Barbara and Dwight are incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts. Not only did they meticulously prepare the house for our stay, but they also took the time to draft a detailed guide of attractions and shops in the area. This was my first visit to New Brunswick, and I feel very fortunate to have stayed at this wonderful house. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
