This is a lovely place on the water, very quiet and romantic, possibly best suited for a couple. But if you don't mind sleeping on the fold-out, we can host 4! Super clean water, great for swimming and boating. owners provide 2 kayaks for your yachting pleasure! Also, the owners have thoughtfully added a work station with good wifi, so if you need to get some work done, bring your laptop! Please be aware, there are times the weather and or lake conditions aren’t perfect. Please enjoy our VT!

Welcome to one of VT’s most beautiful lakefront property and wedding venue located in the Champlain Islands! Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom.
