Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand Isle County

The view was great and the place was super cozy. The location was the perfect blend of quiet and walkable to town and the water. We had an easy and flexible check in. The light and touches in the apartment and especially kitchen were fantastic.

Anne's place was as described and perfect for my work related trip. The place was clean and the garden was gorgeous.

We were in Burlington for a wedding and Joe’s place was a perfect base to explore from! The unit was really funky and well done with all the ameneties needed. The futon in the living room was basically a full bed and worked well for our group of 3. We loved being in walking distance from Church St and all of the restaraunts and shops there. Joe’s instructions were super clear. Will definitley stay here again if we come back to Burlington!

Tanner's place was picture perfect, with attention to the additional touches that visitors appreciate. Very comfortable and spacious, with intentional design and elevated quality. Although the weather didn't cooperate with our visit, you have a lovely little private deck area, you are less than a block from the water-front, and less than a mile from the cutest drive-in with the best fries you have ever had! I also recommend you check out Golden Hour - the sweetest little shop, in the most unassuming little strip of shops, just minutes away. Tanner was a very responsive communicator and very clear and easy house rules. Highly recommend!

Mac's place was easily the best Airbnb I have stayed in to date. Description and pictures were accurate, check-in was easy, Mac was responsive via message. The place was spotless and cozy. Parking was easy and it's located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and restaurants. I cannot wait to stay in Mac's place again! Wish I could design my own home using this place's style.

Mary Jane’s space was perfect! It looked just like the pictures which made it easy to find. Inside, the colors chosen were soft and relaxing along with the couch. I loved how it was central to shops and what downtown had to offer. I appreciate how Mary Jane recommended the Saturday morning farmer’s market too!

We had a wedding in the area and this was perfect for our trip. The house was spacious and clean. The hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Kane was a very accommodating host to both my dog and I. The stay was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Kane remained in great communication throughout the stay. The area is beautiful. I am very pleased and look forward to booking again in the future

Mariana was wonderful. She lent us slippers since it was cold outside. She left a lot of provisions for our use so we did not need to buy olive oil, etc. She left clear directions for check out and garbage disposal. The house was very clean and the views from her property were amazing. We had a wonderful time and saw some amazing fossils from the Chazy reef.

This place was amazing. My partner Juliana and I were blown away when we first arrived and photos truly can’t do a justice to how amazing this place was to visit. Kaitlynn and Ian went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe in their home. When we first got into the house, we immediately saw a gift basket with all Vermont made snacks and treats for us, along with a personalized note welcoming us. Next to that was a binder with clear instructions how to use the amenities included, tips to local shops and restaurants for us to visit, as well as clear check out instructions. They even had a karaoke setup which I could imagine would be so much fun if we had brought friends along. The hot tub was great, everything in the house was spotless clean and had a very cozy, welcoming vibe making you feel like it wasn’t just another rental. If I could give this place 6 stars I would in a heartbeat. My partner and I will definitely be looking at staying again over the summer.

The views were breathtakingly beautiful. The house is very lovely and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into the property. I feel it's even more special than the photos show. We had an excellent week celebrating our UVM graduate. We hired a private Chef and the very large dining table worked out great. The master bedroom has views from every window and it is very large.

Chloe was a great host! Checkin was very easy. The location is beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5 and our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our vacation savior!

Stayed with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler, and dogs in August. The place was just what we needed. Large, private, access to lake/dock, plenty of space for dogs to roam, two sections of the house (so toddler could be in bed while others were up). Did not have anything to complain about, but would suggest bringing beach towels and bug spray. Nearby markets are somewhat lacking, so its a good idea to shop before arriving. Thanks for a wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenneth’s place. We loved the location of this home for two reasons: it is very close to Shore Acres inn and restaurant (where the wedding was) and yet it was still very secluded, private, and off the main road. The convenience and privacy of the home was just perfect. The place was spotless, comfortable, and an overall, beautiful home inside and out. The host was wonderful and very responsive with anything we needed. A bottle of wine was even left for us to enjoy on our wedding weekend, which was the most perfect touch. We would definitely stay here again!
