Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
