Villa holiday rentals in Grand Gaube

We loved our stay at Ian's place. he has a full team (welcome, maintenance, pool, concierge) whose kindness and efficiency allowed us to have a stay without any clouds. The house is quiet, about ten minutes from Peyrebere beach, which is one of the most pleasant beaches on the island. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped and the garden allows you to rest by the pool. I would definitely recommend again again again again again again

Wonderful accommodation. Michael and Stefanie are fantastic and super efficient. Villas are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool is just amazing and we loved our evening swims. Brighthelm Villas is located in a great location, close to the beaches (5mins drive) and supermarkets (5mins drive). You do need a car to get around but the team at Brighthelm Villas can assist. All in all we had a really good relaxed trip and highly recommend Brighthelm Villas.

Beautiful house with a very good layout and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the welcome and communication with the Kentish and Anisha. And the pool....so beautiful and nice! A car is essential, the house is well located 5 minutes from the sea by car and also for the supermarket. A house under construction is next door, if you visit the island and leave early enough around 9am you will not be disturbed. The house is very well secured. We'll be back!!!!

We spent a few days in Isabelle's house, everything went well. The house is large and comfortable, located in a very quiet residence, and with the pool literally a short walk from the terrace, our daughters loved it! It is possible to walk to the beach through the back of the residence. There was a small electrical problem on the terrace and Isabelle was very responsive and concerned about our well-being, and the problem was resolved very quickly, thank you very much. We'd love to come back!

We loved our stay with Andy and Angela his mom. Everything was perfect, the garden and pool, the sea view, grandiose 😍 A big thank you to Besley (the man who does everything from the property) for his kindness, availability and discretion. A big thank you of course to the hosts who were always responsive and very friendly which made us have this wonderful time at their place. I would recommend it 100%

We had a wonderful stay at Khemal's place. Very nice pool surrounded with plants. Large parking space and electric gate with remote, quiet neighborhood. Close to popular beaches in the north. Highly recommend!

Danny's house is a haven of peace located in Pereybère, close to the beach (10 min walk). The pool is a spacious, clean and nice salt water pool. We were delighted to be able to swim after a good day of work in this beautiful coconut garden. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are well air-conditioned and the double outdoor shower in the master bedroom is a real luxury. We were able to work remotely on the large table in the living room or outside. The Internet works well on the ground floor, but not yet well in the rooms. Finally, Pereybère has all the restaurants you will need without being directly in Grand Baie. Danny and his team are lovely and very responsive in the event of any problems, which is very nice. We'll be happy to go back.

villa real is a real haven. there were 10 of us and we were able to enjoy many benefits: huge and comfortable sleeping arrangements, huge rooms, parking for 2 cars on the grounds, swimming pool, practical kitchen, very nice neighbor (like all the Mauritians we met), roof top for eating or spending time contemplating the surrounding nature. the house is quiet but is close to beaches, restaurants and cop shops in a bottle. And Ray, our host, managed everything remotely with kindness and responsiveness. He was understanding and accommodating with our inconveniences related to Cyclone Garance.

Valène is up there with the best hosts of Airbnb’s. Very responsive, friendly and welcoming. She even arranged for the fridge to be full and an affordable car rent. The place it self is absolutely perfect, especially with small kids. We had a very enjoyable and calm week. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful stay. The villa has spectacular views to the north and the layout for indoor/outdoor relaxation is fantastic. A lovely pool that gets north sun so is warm even in Mauritius 'winters'. Daily cleans from Pooga worked well - I was alone so never availed myself of any of her cooking which I gather is also an option. The place is near 'everything' - the best restaurant in the country is 20 mins away and there are tons of options 5-15 mins away. Groceries are as little as 5 mins away, 12 tops. Nice spa is also only 5 minutes away. Sunsets are glorious every night. Looking forward to another visit!

This house is an absolute gem, you can stay very comfortable inside the house as well as relax outdoors on the terrace. There are multiple sitting area's. So you can change your view, while having breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is excellent as well is the access to the sea. We used the kayaks a lot to go around the bay. We really enjoyed our stay in comfort and luxury. The housekeeper was really friendly, welcoming and easy to communicate with. Kitchen is well equipped and we loved our own outside view so much we just cooked every day so we could enjoy our time at the house to the fullest.

The villa is simply fantastic! The house is very well designed, especially the wrap-around bespoke enormous pool. The garden opens up into an endless view of a lush green well maintained landscape. There is so much space to hang out: outside dining and lounging, the garden, the pool and huge bedrooms. Priya was available every morning to do laundry and tidy the place, while the manager Hans was incredibly responsive with any query we had. The Anahita domain offers great restaurants, a bakery, some fashion shops, water sport activities, padel/tennis, a gym and of course golf (which we didn't do actually). The golf buggy which belongs to the villa, was great for our transport flexibility. Mauritius itself offers beautiful nature, very friendly people and exciting outdoor activities (ziplines, Quads, etc...). The holiday was simply too short. We recommend staying at Andre' and Nicolas' villa full heartedly!

My family (5 kids, 2 adults) spent the most amazing 2 weeks at Isabelle's villa and couldn't have asked for anything better to relax and enjoy on our vacation. Her luxury home was equipped with all the amenities one could hope for, and felt nothing like a rental but everything like home. It was decorated with great taste, upscale furnishings, comfortable linens and had everything down to a security system, batteries, mosquito repellent, sewing kit, and every other little thing you don't realize you need until you need them. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds, the numerous books, the beach area with rocks and the breathtaking sunsets. The adults enjoyed the comfortable beds, the fully equipped luxury kitchen including the Nespresso machine, the large front garden and the accessibility of the home by car. You can feel all the love that Isabelle has poured into this place, she is an amazing host and provided great recommendations, which made our stay fantastic. We'll be back!

It was a wonderful holiday, a beautiful villa, with excellent design, modern household appliances. Nearby were the best beaches for family holidays and holidays with children. Deborah was always there and helped us with all questions. If we fly to Mauritius, we will use the services of JSLK only. Deborah, thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Stayed for nearly 2 weeks as a family of 4 and found the villa ideal for our needs - spacious, clean and well equipped, with a very nice pool. We didn't need to use the shared lagoon style pool but that's just across the car park. The complex it's on is very secure and private. There is a restaurant right opposite the villa, although it was closed throughout our stay, and a gym above that. It's well positioned close to one end of Mont Choisy beach, which was our favourite vs the others we visited during our stay - lots going on there (often busy but in a nice way) and great food/drink shacks. We had a hire car which I'd say is a necessity as there aren't any restaurants or shops you can easily walk to from the villa. The hosts were great to deal with and helped provide car hire and a boat trip, both of which worked out perfectly, and gave us a late check out. Only minor niggle was that the beds were quite firm, but can't please everyone on that front!

The villa is situated in a nice villa park, secure and peaceful. Modern amenities in the house, nicely decorated. Digitally connected home. We felt very comfortable, just like at home. The host is also responsive and helpful. We appreciate the stay and really enjoyed it.

Dan is an incredible host and was very welcoming when meeting us on check-in. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and in immaculately clean condition when we arrived. We had a great time in this very spacious and well-equipped accommodation, with a beautiful garden. It is located in a residential area, set back from the main road, which guarantees absolute calm. Several supermarkets/restaurants are within a 10-minute drive, and the most beautiful beaches on the north of the island are also close by. The pool is large and very pleasant, enjoying sunshine from morning until late afternoon! We also really appreciated that each room has its own bathroom as well as air conditioning. A big thank you also to our host, Rushdee, who was always available and responsive to answer our questions. He was able to adapt to our flight schedules, despite a late arrival, and was very accommodating to ensure our well-being throughout the stay. Frankly, this is a great place to stay that we treasure in mind for our next trip to Mauritius!
