We had a great time at Benoît's place! His warm and attentive welcome immediately put us at ease. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste, combining comfort and charm. Everything was perfectly clean and well thought out to make you feel at home. Not to mention the two ladies who take care of the house and who also welcomed us with great kindness. Thank you again, Benoît, for this wonderful experience. We'll be happy to go back!

Quaint beach apartment in a fishing village

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Stephanie's beach apartment. The view from the deck over the beach, palms and green seas is amazing. And there is full access to the beach for walking and swimming. The light throughout the apartment adds to the beauty, and many doors and windows can be opened to encourage air flow. All the rooms are spotless with everything needed for a stay. The staff have been super helpful. we were met at the beginning and end. Nardege came in daily also, and was very sweet. Rodney who lives downstairs kindly showed us round the apartment when we arrived, as well as the local bbq stall. We felt there was always someone to help if needed. Grand Gaube is a lively local village, friendly with a range of small supermarkets and street food stalls. We had lunch one day at the pretty Veranda hotel, open to non residents, and a short walk. Buses are very possible to travel, and cabs easy to order through Stephanie. We will return to her apartment in the future.

A big thank you to Jane and her husband for their warm and caring welcome! We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is very nice, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, quiet and convenient. A beautiful encounter and a place we recommend without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Dorine’s Airbnb! Dorine was an incredibly kind and helpful host who made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The place was exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained and nicely set up. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, including shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast spread that Dorine provided, it was absolutely delicious and the best we've had at any Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Rolando‘s House is an absolute Gem on Mauritius. The Place is wonderfully designed and furnished with all the amenities needed. The Pool and the Garden are exceptionel! Rolando is a wonderful host and helped us with everything we needed in advance and during our stay.
